在图书馆人力资源管理工作开展中,图书馆员培训是非常关键的构成内容之一,同时也是人力资源开发管理的基本职能。提高员工培训的有效性能够使人力资源资产通过组织优化的方式达到增值目标,并促进整体组织效益的提升。文章首先说明了网络环境下图书馆员应具有的素养与技能,然后分析了当前图书馆员工培训中存在的问题,最后详细阐述了网络环境下图书馆员工培训的措施。
In the library human resources management work, librarians training is one of the key components, but also the basic function of human resources development and management. Increasing the effectiveness of staff training enables HR assets to achieve value-added goals through organizational optimization and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The article first explains the qualities and skills that librarians should have under the network environment, then analyzes the problems existing in the current library staff training, and finally elaborates on the measures of library staff training under the network environment.
