目的对海淀区医疗机构医用诊断X射线机进行影像质量控制性能检测,发现不合格的检测项目、设备类别,分析原因并寻找对策。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法抽取医疗机构和设备,规范实施影像质量控制性能检测与评价。结果 2013年、2014年海淀区医用诊断X射线机影像质量控制检测总合格率分别为65.7%、83.7%;在摄影机、透视机、CR设备中,摄影机的合格率最低;不合格项目主要影响受检者剂量或诊断图像质量。结论海淀区医用诊断X射线机影像质量控制性能检测取得了一定的效果,但医疗机构仍应加强设备维护保养和稳定性检测。
Objective To detect the performance of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in medical institutions of Haidian District, and to find out the unqualified testing items and equipment categories, analyze the causes and find countermeasures. Methods Stratified stratified random cluster sampling method was used to extract medical institutions and equipment, and standardized the detection and evaluation of image quality control performance. Results In 2013, the total qualified rate of medical quality control X-ray image quality control testing in Haidian District was 65.7% and 83.7% respectively in 2014; the qualified rate of the camera was the lowest in the cameras, fluoroscopy machines and CR machines; the main impact of the unqualified items was Detector dose or diagnostic image quality. Conclusion Haidian District, medical diagnostic X-ray image quality control performance testing has achieved some results, but the medical institutions should still strengthen the equipment maintenance and stability testing.
