患者韩×,男性,66岁,病案号:106571。因患左肺肺癌于1992年3月15日入院治疗。在住院治疗过程中,突然出现全身不适,低热,体温37.℃～37.6℃。随之全身皮肤出现散在性红斑,次日,从耳后、颜面、颈部、前胸、后背到双手,掌心均先后出现绿豆大小的透明水痘。水痘透明发亮呈半球状,排列紧密,高出皮肤,形态似珍珠,各族痘群间皮肤颜色正常,除生殖器外全身呈播散型分布。故临床诊断为肺癌并发全身泛发性水痘。经给予大量的抗病毒、抗感染、维生素及免疫抑制剂等药物治疗。2周后,全身水痘逐
