城市污水中蕴含着大量的低品位热能,近年来热泵技术的发展为提取这些低品位能源提供了直接条件。对天津纪庄子再生水厂的采暖系统进行了改造,改造目的主要是:改善原有采暖系统的供热效果;为二级处理出水应用于热泵采暖系统积累数据,以便于将来的大规模推广应用。此次改造采用高温型热泵机组替代原有的采暖锅炉,并对末端及机房设备加以部分调整。改造后采暖效果相比锅炉采暖明显得到改善。同时监测记录了全年的二级处理出水水温,为热泵系统在城市污水领域的应用提供了基础数据。
The urban sewage contains a lot of low-grade heat energy. In recent years, the development of heat pump technology has provided direct conditions for extracting these low-grade energy sources. Tianjin Jizhuangzi renewable water plant heating system was modified, the main purpose of transformation is: to improve the heating effect of the original heating system; for the secondary treatment of water used in heat pump heating system to accumulate data for future large-scale promotion and application. The transformation of high-temperature heat pump unit to replace the original heating boiler, and the end of the room and equipment to be part of the adjustment. After the renovation, the heating effect is obviously improved compared with the boiler heating. At the same time, the monitoring and recording of the secondary treated effluent temperature throughout the year provided the basic data for the application of the heat pump system in the urban sewage area.
