我国是世界上重要的产煤国之一,煤炭产业是我国经济建设的重要支柱。因此煤炭企业的生存发展不仅对企业自身有着深刻影响,同时也会对我国经济建设的全面发展具有重要影响。近年来随着我国经济建设步伐的不断加快,煤炭企业也面临着前所未有的竞争压力,企业想要获得进一步的经济发展与综合竞争实力提升就必须从自身管理工作水平提升做起,必须不断加强企业内部管理质量,因此内部控制体系建设也就成为了当前众多煤炭企业经营者管理者的工作重点。本文重点谈谈如何进一步加强煤炭企业的内部控制体系建设及制度执行效率,以供参考。
