1986年度我库统计了49个机务段、9种型号牵引电动机的落修数据,现将其1985和1986年度的平均落修率列于表1。由表1看出: (1)三种国产主型机车(东风、东风_(2,3)、东风_(4,5)、韶山1)牵引电动机的平均落修率仍逐年下降。 (2)韶山3型电力机车由于走行公里数少(1985年为40万公里,1986年为158万公里),所以牵引电动机的平均落修率波动较大。 (3)ND_5型内燃机车,1986年共走行5234万公里,但其牵引电动机平均落修率仅0.01,远低于其他各型牵引电动机,目前看来质量较好。
In 1986, we calculated the data of drop-down of 49 locomotive depots and 9 types of traction motors. The average drop-out rates of 1985 and 1986 are listed in Table 1 below. Table 1 shows that: (1) The average number of traction motors of three domestic main locomotives (Dongfeng, Dongfeng_ (2,3), Dongfeng_ (4,5) and Shaoshan 1) is still declining year by year. (2) Due to the small number of kilometers traveled in Shaoshan 3 electric locomotive (400,000 km in 1985 and 1.58 million km in 1986), the average drop rate of traction motors fluctuated greatly. (3) ND_5 diesel locomotive had a total running speed of 52.34 million km in 1986, but its average traction rate of traction motor was only 0.01, far lower than other types of traction motors. At present, the quality is good.
