藻酸双酯钠注射液为淡黄色澄明液体，是临床上的常用药，属类肝素药，它能阻抗红细胞之间及红细胞与血管壁之间黏附，改善微循环，具有降血脂作用，在临床上应用广泛。我科在使用藻酸双酯钠注射液静脉滴注过程中，曾出现过敏反应1例，现报告如下。
