汽车工业已被列为中国经济支柱产业之一,“八·五”期间乃至更长的时间内将得到大力发展。然而,汽车工业的发展需要巨额投资,根据我国的经济条件,单靠国家投资是不现实的,而适度地引进外资和技术支持汽车工业的发展的方法值得借鉴。 改革开放以来,国内建立了不少合资汽车组装厂。据悉,目前国内共有汽车组装厂100多家。而这些厂多为靠进口CKD散件组装整车,因此,整车的国产化率比较低,成本也居高不下,这样下去,不利于我国汽车工业的发展。为此,国家决定,自1994年起,不再审批汽车
The automobile industry has been listed as one of the pillar industries of China’s economy and will be vigorously developed during the “8th Five-Year” period and beyond. However, the development of the automobile industry requires huge investments. According to China’s economic conditions, investment by the state alone is unrealistic, and it is worth drawing lessons from the mode of introduction of foreign capital and technical support for the development of the automobile industry. Since the reform and opening up, a number of joint venture automobile assembly plants have been established in China. It is reported that there are currently more than 100 automobile assembly plants in China. Most of these plants rely on imported CKD parts to assemble the whole vehicle. Therefore, the localization rate of the entire vehicle is relatively low, and the cost is also high. This continues to be detrimental to the development of China’s auto industry. For this reason, the country decided that since 1994, it will no longer approve cars.
