古人根据日常生产生活的经验,总结了天气变化,形成了农历二十四节气。这些节气预示着气候变化,告诉我们应该适时养生,通过饮食调节身体,以更好适应新节气。从这期开始,本刊特别约请刘绍贵教授对各个节气阐释不同的养生观点,通过养精神、调饮食、练形体等达到强身益寿的目的。希望能对读者朋友的自我保健有所裨益。——编者
According to the experience of daily production and living, the ancients summed up the weather changes and formed the 24 solar terms in the Lunar New Year. These solar terms indicate a change in climate and tell us that we should take good care of our health and adjust our bodies through diet so that we can better adapt to the new solar terms. From the beginning of this period, this journal specially invited Prof. Liu Shaogui to explain different aspects of keeping in good health with the purpose of keeping fit, adjusting diet, practice body and so on.
