本文采用二维不可压理想流动和湍流边界层的流动模型计算了多叶风机的内部流场,子午面和回转面的位流速度计算采用积分方法;叶片边界层用有限元方法求解,并用Richardson数反映旋转与曲率对边界层结构的影响。通过算例计算并与试验数据比较说明本计算方法的精度是比较理想的。
In this paper, the flow field of a multi-blade fan is calculated by using a two-dimensional flow model with incompressible ideal flow and turbulent boundary layer. The integral velocity method is used to calculate the velocity of the meridional and gyroscopic surface. The boundary layer of the blade is solved by finite element method and Richardson The number reflects the influence of rotation and curvature on the boundary layer structure. Through the example calculation and the comparison with the experimental data, it shows that the accuracy of this method is ideal.
