目的:应用meta分析方法评价钙网织蛋白(calreticulin,CRT)表达与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法检索2014年6月以前收录在Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、Elsevier数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国学术会议论文全文数据库等数据库中的英文和中文文献,按纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选评价。并用RevMan 5.0软件对各项原始数据进行统计和评价分析,同时用2检验对其分析结果进行验证。结果纳入符合要求的国内外3篇文献共205例数据进行后续研究分析。在淋巴结转移组与非淋巴结转移组间3种研究无异质性(=0.56),故采用固定效应模型进行meta分析。结果发现CRT在胃癌不同淋巴结转移组间有差异性表达=0.17,:0.07~0.42),其中=0.0001。在粘膜浸润组与肌层浸润组间三种研究无异质性(=0.19),故采用固定效应模型进行meta分析。结果发现CRT在胃癌不同浸润程度组间有差异性表达(=0.21,:0.06~0.77),其中=0.0008。此外,用2检验结果发现:CRT表达量在胃癌不同淋巴结转移组及不同浸润深度组间有显著性差异,值分别为0.000和0.002;不同TNM分期组间CRT表达量无显著性差异(=0.155);CRT的表达量在胃癌患者不同生存率间无显著性差异(=1.000)。结论 CRT与胃癌的浸润及转移相关,可作为判断胃癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。“,”Objective To evaluate the relationship between calreticulin (CRT) expression and the development of gastric cancer via meta analysis. Methods The Cochrane library, Pubmed, Elsevier database, Chinese biomedical literature database, CNKI, VIP and China academic conference papers database was searched for such as calreticulin (CRT) and gasrtic cancer. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria for selection and evaluation of literature, and the original data was analyzed and evaluated with RevMan 5 software and chi square test. Results A total of 3 articles with 205 cases were included in this study. The meta analysis showed that the expression of CRT in lymph node metastasis group and non lymph node metastasis group was significantly dif erent (OR=0.17, 95%CI:0.07~0.42),with value =0.0001; It is suggested that CRT dif erently expressed in the mucosal infiltration group and myometrial invasion group (OR=0.21, 95%CI:0.06~0.77), with =0.0008. Chi square test got the similar.CRT expression was dif erent in lymph node metastasis and invasion depth , values were 0.000 and 0.002; While CRT expression had no significant dif erence in TNM stage ( =0.155);In addition, there was no significant dif erence between CRT expression of gastric cancer patients with dif erent survival rate (P=1.000). Conclusion The invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer was related to CRT, an important reference index which can be used to judge the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
