离子交换树脂是一种分离-富集痕量元素十分重要的富集剂。采用离子交换树脂选择性分离痕量稀土元素,其分离效果虽好,但是交换速度慢,分析周期较长。为了简化操作,缩短周期,目前在此方面已作了许多工作,尽管如此,其分析流程仍感过长。本文选用细粒度(-180目)阳离子交换树脂(强酸1×8)小型交换柱(φ6×110毫米),分别于硝酸、盐酸介质中,在减压下连续洗提,使稀土元素与杂质分离,采用单道扫描感耦等离子直读光谱测定15个稀土元素。实践证明方法的分离效果好,交换速度快,整个交换过程仅需3—4小时即可完成。
Ion exchange resins are a very important enrichment agent for separation and enrichment of trace elements. Separation of trace rare earth elements by ion exchange resin is selective, although the separation effect is good, but the exchange rate is slow and the analysis cycle is longer. Practice has proved that the separation method is good, the exchange rate is fast, the entire exchange process takes only 3-4 hours to complete.
