经过实验可以了解到,如果教师直接让学生去学习一件从来没有学习过的事物,学生会本能的对学习产生畏惧感,部分学生还会由于对学习新的事物不太习惯,内心排斥学习。于是教学就会没有效率。然而如果教师以学生已经掌握的知识为基础,引导学生在旧知识的基础上建构新知识,学生就会觉得学习新知识也不是太难,从而愿意尝试学习。学生如果有自主学习语文的愿望,教师的教学效率就会提高。在传统语文教学方法中,教师常常无视学生已有的旧知识,甚至认为已经学过的知识就不用再学了,而直接让学生学习新知识,结果学生学习新知识呈
