光合作用是直接关系到产量的一个最重要的生理机能,任何作物,要想获得高产优质,必须通过光合。所以系统地研究一种作物的光合性能,了解它在不同栽培管理条件下的变化规律,不论在理论或生产实践上都是十分重要的。关于烟草的光合性能,过去尚少系统的资料。1960年我们在山东益都中国农业科学院烟草研究所(以下简称烟草所)的高额丰产田及密植试验田中,用我们改进的 pH 指示剂法[1]对益杂七号品种作了比较系统的初步测定,并根据烟草所一些试验资料作了一些初步分析,主要结果如下:
