本文介绍了一种摄象管阴栅系统的传热计算模型,对5种不同结构、不同功率的阴栅系统进行了电子计算机计算。通过计算得出了各处的温度、各相关部件间的热交换情况和系统的总耗散功率以及各参量对它们的影响。这些对设计阴栅系统有一定的指导意义。文中还给出了一种低功率(0.6W)钡镍阴极阴栅系统的设计。它具有牢固可靠、易于装配、速热(数秒可达工作温度)等优点。
In this paper, a heat transfer calculation model of a video tube aspher system is introduced. Five types of cascade systems with different structures and different powers are calculated by computer. Through calculation, we can get the temperature, the heat exchange among the related parts, the total power dissipation of the system and the influence of each parameter on them. These design of the grid system has some guiding significance. The article also gives a low-power (0.6W) barium nickel cathode grid design. It has a solid and reliable, easy assembly, rapid heat (seconds up to the working temperature) and so on.
