目的 :探讨任意尿香草扁桃酸 /肌肝 (VMA/ Cr)和高香草酸 /肌肝 (HVA/ Cr)测定对神经母细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法 :5 0例 1~ 5岁正常儿童和 11例 2~ 5岁神经母细胞瘤患儿的任意尿标本 ,用高效液相色谱法测定VMA、HVA浓度 ,Beckmann自动生化分析仪测定肌酐 (Cr)浓度 ,计算 VMA/ Cr、HVA/ Cr。结果 :1~ 5岁儿童的99%正常值范围为 VMA/ Cr<14 .9mmol/ mol,HVA/ Cr<2 3.8mmol/ mol。 11例神经母细胞瘤患儿中有 10例VMA/ Cr和 HVA/ Cr均超过正常值范围 ,诊断符合率 90 .9%。结论 :任意尿 VMA/ Cr和 HVA/ Cr测定采样方便 ,诊断符合率高 ,可取代 2 4 h尿 VMA、HVA总量测定法用于神经母细胞瘤术前诊断和术后随访。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of arbitrary urinary vanilloid / muscle liver (VMA / Cr) and vanillic acid / muscle liver (HVA / Cr) in neuroblastoma. Methods: Fifty urine samples of normal children aged from 1 to 5 and 11 children aged 2 to 5 years with neuroblastoma were collected. The concentrations of VMA and HVA were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the creatinine (Cr ) Concentration, calculated VMA / Cr, HVA / Cr. Results: The 99% normal range for children aged 1 to 5 was VMA / Cr <14.9 mmol / mol and HVA / Cr <3.8 mmol / mol. In 11 children with neuroblastoma, 10 cases of VMA / Cr and HVA / Cr were beyond the normal range, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.9%. Conclusions: VMA / Cr and HVA / Cr can be used conveniently in all cases for urinary VMA / Cr and HVA / Cr determination. The diagnostic accuracy is high, which can replace the 24-hour urine VMA and HVA for the preoperative diagnosis and postoperative follow-up of neuroblastoma.
