随着社会发展及教育改革的不断深入,对人才的需求也发生了较大的变化,对人才的观念也发生了质的转变,其中创新能力的培养及提升成为新时期的重要内容。从小学开始进行创新意识及能力的培养已成为人们的共识。围绕小学生创新能力培养的意义、语文教学中小学生创新能力的培养途径等方面展开论述,希望对以后小学语文教学中创新能力的培养提供一定借鉴。
With the deepening of social development and educational reform, the demand for qualified personnel has also undergone tremendous changes, and the concept of qualified personnel has undergone a qualitative change. The cultivation and upgrading of innovative capabilities have become an important part of the new period. It has become the consensus of all people to start to cultivate innovative ideas and abilities in primary schools. Focusing on the significance of cultivating the innovative ability of pupils and the ways of cultivating the innovative ability of pupils in Chinese teaching, I hope to provide some reference for the cultivation of innovative ability in the future of primary Chinese teaching.
