我厂原铝电解车间建于1961年,厂房内有二台重量为3吨,跨度为13.5米的电动单梁行车,当时用于10kA电解槽加料及设备检修尚可适应。自1979年电解槽由10kA改造为60kA以后,在该厂房内铸造坯锭,此厂电动单梁行车每天需要吊着盛满600多度的熔融铝液的铝水包连续工作4~5小时,电动单梁行车显然不能胜任。按1980年投运后的二年统计,由于吊运过程中发生制动失控,铝水包下滑有13次之多。针对该车间实际情况,行车改造存在下述两个问题。
Our original aluminum electrolysis plant was built in 1961. There are two electric single-beam trucks with a weight of 3 tons and a span of 13.5 meters in the plant. At that time, it was suitable for feeding and equipment maintenance of 10kA electrolyzer. Since the electrolysis cell was transformed from 10kA to 60kA in 1979, a billet was cast in the plant. The electric mono-beam drive of the plant needs to continuously work for 4 to 5 hours every day with an aluminum water bottle with a molten aluminum solution filled with more than 600 degrees. Electric single-beam traffic apparently not competent. According to the statistics after two years of operation in 1980, due to the loss of control during the lifting process, the number of ladle dropped as much as 13 times. According to the actual situation of the workshop, there are the following two problems in driving transformation.
