本文以集体林权制度改革试点地区怀化、浏阳为例,介绍了林改前后林业有害生物防控的现状。分析了林权制度改革对林业有害生物防控的影响,以期为我省高效林业有害生物防控体系的建设提供参考。
Taking Huaihua and Liuyang as pilot areas for the reform of collective forest rights system, this paper introduces the status quo of forestry pest control before and after forest reform. This paper analyzes the impact of the reform of forest right system on the prevention and control of forestry pests, with a view to provide reference for the construction of efficient forestry pest control system in our province.
