铸件的尺寸精度是铸件的重要质量指标之一。而铸件尺寸公差标准则是衡量铸件尺寸精度的客观依据,也是一项涉及到整个铸造行业的基础性标准。近二十年来,随着铸件向尺寸精度高、内在外观质量好的方向发展,提高铸件尺寸精度已成为铸造生产的主要任务之一。各国对铸件尺寸精度的研究也日益重视起来,最近已发展到正在制订国际统一的铸件尺寸公差标准,即ISO标准。本文就该项工作开展较多的几个国家的研究工作情况以及有关的铸件公差标准作一些分析介绍,并对国际标准草案ISO/DIS 8062铸件尺寸公差体系作一简单的介绍。苏联的铸件尺寸公差标准及其研究工作苏联的ΓOCT1855-55《灰口铸铁件机
The dimensional accuracy of castings is one of the important quality indicators of castings. The casting size tolerance standard is an objective basis for measuring the dimensional accuracy of the casting, but also a basic standard related to the entire foundry industry. In the recent two decades, with the development of the casting with high dimensional accuracy and good inner appearance quality, it has become one of the main tasks in casting production to improve the dimensional accuracy of castings. The research on the dimensional accuracy of castings in various countries is also paying more and more attention. Recently, the development of an internationally agreed standard on the dimensional tolerances of castings, that is, the ISO standard, has been developed. In this paper, more work carried out in this country’s research work in several countries and the casting tolerance standards for some analysis introduced, and the draft international standard ISO / DIS 8062 casting dimensional tolerance system for a brief introduction.
