迅速发展中的新型β—内酰胺抗生素已经占据化疗药物的首要地位,并将继续发挥巨大威力。随着这些强力药物的临床应用,耐药菌的出现,又给药物研究人员提出了新课题。在临床分离得到的菌群中,通过β—内酰胺酶的作用产生耐药性的细菌,占临床耐药菌的比例很高。因此,了解这类酶的有关特性,不仅对于药物的使用、开发和改造具有十分重要的意义,而且对于β—内酰胺酶抑制剂的研究也具有重要参考价值。
The rapid development of new β-lactam antibiotics has occupied the top position of chemotherapy drugs, and will continue to exert great power.
