近日,由省档案局承担的《云南档案安全问题研究》获云南省第二十次哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖,这是我省档案部门首次获此殊荣。该项目于2012年列入省哲学社会科学规划立项项目,由省档案局黄凤平局长担任项目负责人,2014年形成8.6万字研究成果,并于同年获省哲学社会科学十二五规划
