提出一种新的把计算机几何辅助设计(CAGD)、计算机图形学及高频电磁散射法结合起来计算目标雷达特性的方法。首先构造目标外形的非均匀有理Bezier曲面或非均匀有理B样条曲面(NURBS)模型。设计特定的Phong光照模型,得到目标的用ZBuffer方法消隐后的彩色图象,其上每个象素点的RGB值等于目标表面对应点法矢的三个分量。根据目标面上每个点的六维信息(X,Y,Z;Nx,Ny,Nz),利用物理光学(PO)、物理绕射理论(PTD)及阻抗边界条件等高频电磁散射方法,计算目标的雷达散射截面(RCS)。根据一维高分辨(宽带)雷达照射目标的物理图象,提出一种计算一维距离图象的可视化方法,并研制成功“军用目标几何造型及其雷达特征的可视化模型”软件,计算了大量军用目标的雷达散射截面及一维距离像,与实验相比,吻合较好。
A new method to compute target radar characteristics by combining computer aided design (CAGD), computer graphics and high frequency electromagnetic scattering is proposed. Firstly, a non-uniform rational Bezier surface or a non-uniform rational B-spline surface (NURBS) model of the target shape is constructed. The specific Phong illumination model is designed to get the target color image which is blanked by the ZBuffer method. The RGB value of each pixel is equal to the three components of the normal of the target surface. Based on the six-dimensional information (X, Y, Z; Nx, Ny, Nz) of each point on the target surface, high-frequency electromagnetic scattering methods such as physical optics (PO), physical diffraction theory (PTD) and impedance boundary conditions, Calculate the target’s radar cross section (RCS). According to the physical image of one-dimensional high-resolution (wideband) radar illumination target, a visualization method for calculating one-dimensional distance image is proposed and a software named “visual model of military target geometric modeling and its radar characteristics” is developed. The military target’s radar cross section and one-dimensional distance image are in good agreement with the experiment.
