采用干法灰化法处理样品后,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对抗肿瘤中药白花蛇舌草(Hedyotis diffusa Willd.)不同部位中金属元素Ca、Cd、Co、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Pb进行了测定。结果表明,白花蛇舌草不同部位中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn的含量都较丰富,且金属元素的含量高低顺序均为:Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn;Cd、Co、Pb未检出。方法的加标回收率96.8%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=5)1.0%~4.2%。测定方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定。
