目的探讨16层螺旋CTA对直肠供血动脉的显示水平及临床应用价值。方法25例患者全腹盆腔增强扫描后行腹腔动脉系血管三维成像,层厚2mm或1mm,间距1mm或0.5mm,成像方法包括最大密度投影(MIP)、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、立体容积漫游(VRT)。结果最大密度投影(MIP)下显示直肠上动脉及其左右分支的有25例,显示直肠下动脉的有21例。表面遮盖(SSD)下显示直肠上动脉及其分支的有23例,显示直肠下动脉的有18例。血管容积漫游重建(VRT)下显示直肠上动脉及其分支的有25例,显示直肠下动脉的有20例。结论16层螺旋CT容积扫描后进行腹盆腔血管的MIP、SSD、VRT可以清楚显示直肠上下动脉,对临床治疗直肠病变很有帮助。
Objective To explore the display level and clinical value of 16-slice spiral CTA on the rectal feeding artery. Methods 25 patients underwent three-dimensional imaging of celiac artery blood vessels after total abdominal pelvic enhancement scanning. The thickness of the layer was 2mm or 1mm and the distance was 1mm or 0.5mm. The imaging methods included MIP, SSD, (VRT). Results In the maximum density projection (MIP), 25 cases showed the superior rectal artery and its left and right branches, which showed 21 cases of the inferior rectal artery. Twenty-three cases of the rectal artery and its branches were shown under the surface cover (SSD), showing 18 cases of the inferior rectal artery. 25 cases of rectal artery and its branches were displayed under VRT, which showed 20 cases of rectal artery. Conclusion MIP, SSD and VRT of abdominal pelvic vessels after volume scan of 16-slice spiral CT can clearly show the upper and lower rectal arteries, which is helpful for clinical treatment of rectal lesions.
