一、医院经营的内涵 经营是指经管办理经济事业。经营是通过人力、物力、财力的支出,使其以价值的形式运动,从而在经济上获取收益,目的是通过投入与产出的差额,追求最佳经济效益。医院是社会生产和劳务活动的一种组织形式,属于第三产业,是整个国民经济的重要组成部分之一,因此,医院也必须讲经营。所谓医院的经营是指医疗服务成果在质和量两个方面都符合社会需要的前提下,对医院一切经济活动,进行成本核算,通过交换,使医院消耗掉的物化动和活劳动能

The purpose is to pursue the best economic benefits through the difference between input and output. Hospitals are an organizational form of social production and labor services.
