目的：考查中药药对葛根、地龙配伍单煎、合煎HPLC组分的变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法梯度分离，色谱柱：AGT C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈（A）-水（B）；检测波长：250nm；柱温：40℃。结果中药药对葛根、地龙合煎后与单煎相比，主峰的峰面积和组分发生了变化。结论合煎有可能使药物有新的组分产生。“,”Objective To investigate the changes of main ingredients in Puerariae Thomsonii Radix? and Pheretima between before and after drug compatibility. Results Compared with extractions of single drug and drug-pair,the area of main peak and components changed.Conclusion The new components maybe exist in extractions of drug-pair.
