音乐教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,在应试教育向素质教育转变的大背景下,学校教育工作除了传授知识之外,更重要的是培养人。本文以音乐教育的内涵为切入点,通过分析研究美国心理学家加登纳多元智能结构理论与音乐教育的育人价值之间的联系,分析了音乐育人价值的理论依据。并通过对音乐教育的育人作用的分析与再认识,总结其在学校教育实施全面素质教育的价值体现。在全面实施素质教育的大背景下,音乐教育的育人作用对促进学生全面发展正发挥着重要作用。
Music education is an important part of quality education. Under the background of the transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education, besides educating knowledge, more important is to train people. This article takes the connotation of music education as the starting point, and analyzes the relationship between the multidimensional intelligence structure theory of American psychologist Gardner and the educational value of music education, and analyzes the theoretical basis of the value of music education. And through the analysis and recognition of the educational effect of music education, this article summarizes the value embodied in its implementation of the comprehensive quality education in school education. Under the background of implementing quality education in an all-round way, the educational function of music education plays an important role in promoting the all-round development of students.
