采用Brown报道的大鼠腹膜透析模型,观察了参麦注射液对大鼠腹膜透析过程中腹膜溶质转运的影响。结果表明:参麦注射液能显著提高大鼠腹膜对尿素氮、葡萄糖的清除率,对透析交换过程中的排液量无显著影响;实验期间尿素氮、葡萄糖透出液与血浆浓度的比值显著高于对照期。推测其作用可能是改善腹膜血流,增加有效透析面积所致
