目的探讨和分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌产生湿包的原因,制定相关控制对策,预防或减少湿包的发生。方法按照消毒技术规范的湿包评判标准,对4126锅次,219 630个灭菌包进行调查分析。结果 219 630个灭菌包中出现241个湿包,湿包率为0.11%;其中错误装载119个,占49.4%,灭菌器和蒸汽质量问题引起34个,占14.1%,出炉后失误及其他88个,占36.5%。结论加强操作规范和流程细节管理,提高业务素质是控制湿包的主要手段;灭菌前物品正确准备和装载、灭菌后卸载物品充分冷、灭菌器保持正常运转状态和确保蒸汽质量等是控制湿包的主要环节。
Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of wet packs produced by steam sterilization under pulsating vacuum pressure and to develop relevant control strategies to prevent or reduce the occurrence of wet packs. Methods According to the wet package evaluation criteria of disinfection technical specifications, 4126 pots and 219 630 sterilization packs were investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 241 wet packs were found in 219 630 sterilization packs, with a wet pack rate of 0.11%.
