以美国ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science引文数据库为检索对象,以茶叶为主题词检索了2001~2011年间该库收录的有关茶学研究相关的文献;利用文献计量学的方法对这些检索到的文献进行了统计分析,探讨了不同国家、机构及著者的发文量、被引频次、文献来源期刊及论文学科分布等情况。结果显示:茶学研究发文量逐年增加,其中发文较多的国家为美国、日本、中国、印度、韩国等;发文量较多的机构为中国科学院、浙江大学、美国罗特格斯州立大学、日本的静冈大学、东京大学等,而具有影响力的发文机构为美国罗特格斯州立大学、威斯康星大学、凯斯西储大学、韩国首尔国立大学、美国哈佛大学等;具有学术影响力的作者主要来自于美国和日本;主要的发文期刊为Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry,Journal of Nutrition,主要的学科类别为化学、食品科学技术、药剂药理学等。目前茶学研究热点是茶叶食品营养与医学健康分析以及相关机理方面的研究。分析了茶叶科学研究的总体状况和发展态势,为茶叶科研工作者及决策者提供参考,也为期刊组稿、约稿提供指导。

The results showed that the number of papers published in tea research increased year by year with the number of published papers being the United States, Japan, China, India, Korea and other countries. The major publications were Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University, Rutgers State University, Japan’s Shizuoka University, Tokyo University, etc., while the influential hair document agencies are Rutgers State University, University of Wisconsin, Case Western Reserve University, Seoul National University, Harvard University, etc .; with academic influence The author is mainly from the United States and Japan; the main issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Journal of Nutrition, the main subject categories of chemistry, food science and technology, pharmacy pharmacology. At present, tea research hot spots are tea food nutrition and medical health analysis and related mechanism research. This paper analyzes the general situation and development trend of tea science research, provides reference for tea researchers and decision-makers, and also provides guidance for the draft and draft of journals.
