目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定银翘散中绿原酸、连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、牛蒡苷含量的方法。方法:采用UPLC法,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min~(-1),检测波长230 nm,柱温为40℃,同时测定4种指标性成分的含量。结果:绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、牛蒡苷分别在10.75~344.0,7.062 5~226.0,2.375~76.0,9.656 25~309.0μg·mL~(-1)线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1)。结论:该方法操作简便快速,结果准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于银翘散的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, forsythin, forsythiaside A and arctiin in Yinqiaosan by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods: UPLC was performed on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C 18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 0.3 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The contents of four index components were also determined. Results: Chlorogenic acid, forsythoside A, forsythin and arctiin had good linearity (10.75 ~ 344.0,7.062 5 ~ 226.0,2.375 ~ 76.0,9.656 25 ~ 309.0μg · mL -1) respectively ≥0.999 1). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao Powder.
