电子工业部激光和红外专业情报网两网全网会于1984年5月25日至30日在江苏省无锡县召开。出席会议的共61个成员单位71名代表,14个单位缺席。网长、电子工业部11所总工程师杨臣华主持了会议。无锡县有关单位领导及部网管协组邱桂山同志出席了大会并讲了话。会议首先传达了方毅等同志在全国科技情报工作会议上的讲话,接着传达了部专业情报网的组织条例和网整顿意见等有关文件。网长对建网八年来的工作进行了总结并提出了网整顿的方法和意见。讨论中,大家一致认为,方毅等同志的讲话给情报工作指明了工作方向,情报战线形势大好。我部根据形势的要求制订的几个文件是
