目的:探讨Maspin在非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell-lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Picture通用型二步法检测94例NSCLC组织、54例正常支气管黏膜组织、28例肺良性病变中Maspin的表达情况。结果:Maspin在正常支气管黏膜组织及肺良性病变中的阳性表达率分别为100.00%和89.28%,在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为54.26%,正常支气管黏膜组织与肺癌之间、肺良性病变与肺癌之间的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Maspin阳性表达率与NSCLC临床分期、淋巴结转移相关,与病理类型、组织分化程度无关。结论:Maspin在非小细胞肺癌中的表达明显下降,在肺癌发生、发展、转移过程中能发挥调控作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Maspin in non-small-cell-lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of Maspin in 94 NSCLC tissues, 54 normal bronchial mucosa tissues and 28 benign lung lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry and Picture. Results: The positive expression rates of Maspin in normal bronchial mucosa and benign lung lesions were 100.00% and 89.28%, respectively. The positive expression rate of Maspin in lung cancer tissues was 54.26%. The positive rates of Maspin between lung cancer and bronchial mucosa were The positive expression rate of lung cancer was significantly different (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Maspin was correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC, but not with the pathological type and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion: The expression of Maspin in non-small cell lung cancer is significantly decreased, which can play a regulatory role in the development, progression and metastasis of lung cancer.
