一、教师有个性,课堂才能有个性教师的个性有益于创造语文教学的艺术。教师有个性,才有语文教学的艺术。个性意识强,个性教学主动性明显,愈能有效地进行和指导语文教学。同样,个性意识越强烈,教学创新意识就越强烈,愈能创造地运用于语文教学艺术之中。独立自主的个性,是实施个性语文教学的前提。
