目前我国邮运主要靠铁路,铁路容间有限,不能满足运邮需要。从处于西南邮运枢纽局地位的成都邮局来看,全部进口邮件的73%,出口邮件的56%由铁路运输。连接成都的三大铁路干线其中成渝、成昆两线运邮能力不足。今年四月火车改点,成渝线增挂了邮车,扩大了一些运力;成昆线仅增加一趟短途车,目前仍不能适应需要。在这种情况下,除了采取有力措施,解决运能与运量的矛盾外,合理调整邮运网路组织,挖掘现有邮运潜力,不仅是非常必要的,也是完全可能的。
At present, China’s main shipping by rail, rail capacity is limited, can not meet the shipping needs. From the post office in Chengdu, located in the Southwest Post and Transportation Hub, 73% of all imported mail and 56% of export mail are transported by rail. Chengdu, the three major railway lines connecting Chengdu-Chongqing, Chengdu-Kunming two lines lack of capacity. In April this year, the train changed its course and the Chengdu-Chongqing Line added a mail-post to expand its capacity. Only a short trip to Chengdu-Kunming Railway Line was added and it still can not meet the needs. Under such circumstances, besides taking effective measures to solve the contradiction between capacity and quantity, it is not only necessary but also quite possible to adjust the network of shipping lines and tap the potential of existing postal carriers.
