目的观察黄芪甲甙对比格犬心肌急性缺血缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法通过建立犬的冠状动脉结扎模型,观察反映心肌收缩特性的血流动力学指标包括主动脉流量及冠状动脉流量(CBF),室内压最大升降速率(±dp/dtmax)、左室舒张末期压力(LVEDP)、心指数(CI)及△ST-E。了解黄芪甲甙对犬在体急性心肌缺血损伤时心功能的影响及其可能的作用机制。结果黄芪甲甙可以有效扩张冠状动脉,提高CBF,纠正ST-E异常变化,但对LVEDP、BP及CI影响不显著。结论黄芪甲甙表现出一定的改善心肌缺血损伤的作用,但其具体作用机制及剂量剂型还需进一步研究。
Objective To observe the protective effect of astragaloside on myocardial ischemia and hypoxia injury in beagle dogs. Methods The canine coronary artery ligation model was established to observe the characteristics of myocardial systolic hemodynamic parameters including aortic flow and coronary flow (CBF), the maximum rate of indoor pressure (± dp / dtmax), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), cardiac index (CI) and △ ST-E. To understand the influence of astragaloside on heart function in acute myocardial ischemia injury in dogs and its possible mechanism. Results Astragaloside can effectively dilate coronary arteries, increase CBF and correct the abnormal changes of ST-E, but have no significant effect on LVEDP, BP and CI. Conclusion Astragaloside has a certain effect of improving myocardial ischemic injury, but its specific mechanism of action and dosage form need further study.
