目的:优选制备缬沙坦分子印迹聚合物的实验条件。方法:以缬沙坦(Valsartan)为模板分子,分别以甲基丙烯酸(MAA),丙烯酰胺(AA),2-乙烯基吡啶(2-VPY),4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VPY)为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA),三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TRIM)为交联剂,以乙腈为溶剂进行聚合物的制备,通过结合能力实验考察不同条件制备的聚合物对缬沙坦的印迹效率。结果:以2-乙烯基吡啶(2-VPY)为功能单体、以乙腈为溶剂、以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂制备所得到的聚合物对缬沙坦有较好的结合性能。结论:采用优选出的条件所制备的缬沙坦分子印迹聚合物对缬沙坦具有良好的吸附性能。
Objective: To optimize the experimental conditions for preparing valsartan molecularly imprinted polymers. Methods: Valsartan was used as a template molecule, with methacrylic acid (MAA), acrylamide (AA), 2-vinylpyridine (2-VPY), 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPY) as Functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA), Trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TRIM) as a cross-linking agent, acetonitrile as a solvent for polymer preparation, through the ability to test the test The efficiency of imprinting of valsartan by polymers prepared under different conditions. RESULTS: The polymer obtained by using 2-vinylpyridine (2-VPY) as functional monomer, acetonitrile as solvent, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as cross-linking agent had valsartan Better bonding performance. CONCLUSION: The valsartan molecularly imprinted polymer prepared under the optimized conditions has good adsorption properties for valsartan.
