目的:研究氯化镁对正常兔心脏功能及血流动力学的影响。方法:制备在体兔心标本。结果:186g·L-1氯化镁(1ml·kg-1)静脉恒速于10min内输入,心输出量(CO)、心率(HR)和心脏指数(CI)明显增加,收缩压(SAP)、舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、左室作功指数(LVWI)和总外周血管阻力(TPVR)显著降低,对于心搏指数(SI)、左室内压(LVP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左室内压变化率峰值(±dp/dtmax)、在共同最高等容收缩压时心肌纤维收缩成分的缩短速率(VCE-CPIP)、左室内压变化速率从零到峰值的时间(t~dp/dtmax)等指标的影响不明显。结论:186g·L-1氯化镁(1ml·kg-1)静脉恒速于10min内输入,对正常心肌收缩功能无明显影响,但能显著降低外周血管阻力,降低动脉血压,降低左室作功指数
Objective: To study the effects of magnesium chloride on cardiac function and hemodynamics in normal rabbits. Methods: Preparation of rabbit heart specimens. Results: The venous constant rate of 186g · L-1 magnesium chloride (1ml · kg-1) was input within 10 minutes. The cardiac output (CO), heart rate (HR) and cardiac index (CI) (DAP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), left ventricular work index (LVWI) and total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR) were significantly decreased, and heart rate index (SI), left ventricular pressure (LVP), left ventricular end-diastolic LVEDP, ± dp / dtmax, VCE-CPIP, systolic pressure of systolic peak systolic pressure (LVEDP), peak pressure of left ventricular pressure (± dp / dtmax) (T ~ dp / dtmax) and other indicators of the impact is not obvious. CONCLUSION: The intravenous infusion of 186g · L-1 magnesium chloride (1ml · kg-1) at 10min has no effect on normal myocardial contractile function, but it can significantly reduce peripheral vascular resistance, decrease arterial blood pressure and lower left ventricular work index
