由于党的正确领导和职工们的努力,我厂还原车间制氢工段在技术革命运动中改进了操作,提高了设备效率,使氢气产量比去年同期提高一倍左右,单位煤气消耗量降低了25%,氢气纯度提高到98.6%。下面简单介绍一下我们的操作经验和技术改进。一、炉子下部增添气道和碎根据炉子的生产情况,矿石的破碎是比较严重的。碎矿石沉积在炉子下部,阻碍了气体流通。因此我们在炉下部增设了气道,使碎矿石沉入气道中。这样就可以定期打开炉门,把沉入气道中的碎矿石由炉门掏出。
