在本期的研讨活动中,大家结合教学实践,围绕如何转化体育后进生,从后进生的行为表现、形成原因、转化策略等方面层层递进展开热烈研讨。通过研讨,大家对后进生常有的行为表现认识比较统一,形成的原因基本集中在学生性格、自身身体条件、教师因素等三方面,难能可贵的是有的教师还从家庭教育和所处环境的方面挖掘出社会层面的问题,令人深思。在转化后进生的策略上大家也赞同应该从提高教师的爱心、增强学生的信心、
