蜗轮蜗杆广泛应用于机械传动系统中。蜗杆是易损件,需要量大,且精度要求高,不易达到,尤其是大模数多头蜗杆的加工就更难。然而,这类传动装置在重机行业中却经常会出现,这对于那些没有专用加工机床的机械制造厂来说,是个必须认真对待的问题。我们厂在生产拉丝机用大模数多头蜗杆的过程中,经过多年的实践改进,初步摸索出一套简单易行的加工方法,而且能够保证精度要求,现介绍如下: 1.蜗杆主要尺寸(见图1)及其啮合特性轴向模数 m_6 14蜗杆头数 Z 3蜗杆螺旋线升角λ 18°26'06″
