从雷公藤总甙(TII)中分离出五个三萜化合物,T_1,T_2,T_3,T_6,T_28.除T_1未经药理试验外,其他四个化合物均具有抗炎作用。经波谱和其他理化常数分析,其中T,T_6,T_28三个化合物再经X-Ray单品衍射结构分析,确证了它们的分子结构,T_(?)为雷公藤内酯甲;T_2为3β,22β-二羟基-△~(12)-齐墩果烯-29-羧酸,是一个新的化合物,命名为雷公藤三萜酸B;T_3为雷公藤三萜酸A;T_6为木栓烷类的Orthosphenic acid;T_(28)为3β.22α-二羟基-△~(12)-乌索烯-30-羧酸,命名为雷公藤三萜酸C.
Five triterpene compounds were isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii (TII), T_1, T_2, T_3, T_6, and T_28. Except for T_1 without pharmacological tests, the other four compounds had anti-inflammatory effects. After analysis of spectroscopy and other physicochemical constants, the three compounds of T, T_6 and T_28 were further analyzed by X-Ray single-substance diffraction structure, confirming their molecular structure. T_(?) is triptolide A; T_2 is 3β, 22β. -Dihydroxy-Δ~(12)-olean-29-carboxylic acid, a new compound named Triptolide T; T_3 is triptolide A; T_6 is a corkane Orthosphenic acid; T_(28) is 3β.22α-dihydroxy-Δ~(12)-Urosön-30-carboxylic acid, which is named Tripterygium citrate triterpenoid C.
