采用中心拉拔的试验方法,研究了高聚物材料与钢筋的粘结特性,分析了高聚物密度、锚固长度、钢筋直径对粘结强度的影响。结果显示:粘结失效的形式以钢筋被拔出为主,接触界面上高聚物材料发生剪切破坏;平均粘结强度随高聚物密度的增大而增大,随锚固长度的增加而减小;钢筋直径对平均粘结强度影响较小;粘结力沿锚杆轴向呈非均匀分布,最大粘结力位于荷载近端,远端粘结力大小趋近于零。
The center pull test method was used to study the bonding properties between polymer materials and steel bars. The effects of polymer density, anchorage length and steel bar diameter on the bond strength were analyzed. The results show that the form of bond failure is that the reinforcing bar is pulled out and the polymer material on the contact interface is sheared and destroyed. The average bond strength increases with the increase of the polymer density. With the increase of the anchorage length Decrease; the diameter of rebar has little effect on the average bond strength; the bond force distributes non-uniformly along the axial direction of the anchor rod, the maximum bond force is located at the proximal end of the load, and the distal bond strength approaches zero.
