1995年10月21～25日在广西桂林市召开“全国水泥质量工作会议”。国家建材局原副局长李俭之出席了会议,国家建材局生产协调司王小曼副司长、韩紫霞处长出席并主持了大会。国家技术监督局、国家水泥质检中心、水泥认证委员会、中国建材院水泥所、广西建材局等单位的领导和来自全国各地水泥企业有关人员共180多名代表(其中55家重点水泥企业)出席了会议。
From October 21 to 25, 1995, the National Cement Quality Working Conference was held in Guilin, Guangxi. The former deputy director of the National Building Material Bureau, Li Yuzhi, attended the meeting. Wang Xiaoman, Deputy Director of Production Coordination Department of the National Building Material Bureau and Director Han Zixia attended and presided over the conference. The leaders of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, the National Cement Quality Inspection Center, the Cement Certification Committee, the China National Building Materials Institute Cement Institute, the Guangxi Building Materials Bureau and other units, and more than 180 representatives from cement companies across the country (including 55 key cement companies) attended Meeting.
