企业民主管理制度是我国基层民主制度和企业管理制度的重要组成部分。保障职工参与企业民主管理的权利,对于平衡劳资双方关系,缓和劳资冲突,维护社会和谐稳定具有重大意义。《广东省企业民主管理条例(草案修改三稿征求意见稿)》是对工资集体协商制度和争议的协调处理机制进行规定的条例,对企业民主管理制度的建立与完善是一个有效的地方法治探索,但是该规定的一些制度和规范尚存在一些值得商榷之处,特别是条例适用范围、企业工会的民主选举、集体争议调解处理的机构和制度、职工(代表)大会代表产生过程的具体操作细则等需要深入探讨。
