航空重载自润滑关节轴承是飞机前起落架收放系统中的关键部件之一,本文针对自润滑关节轴承在前起落架收放系统中的应用进行研究,分析关节轴承自身的受力特性,结合有限元软件Abaqus,计算出关节轴承工作表面的应力分布。研究表明,该关节轴承受载性能良好,负载下润滑性能良好,满足前起落架收放性能要求。 Air-bearing self-lubricating joint bearings are one of the key components in the landing gear retractable system of the aircraft. In this paper, the application of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings in the landing gear retractable system is studied and the mechanical properties of the joint bearings are analyzed. Combined with the finite element software Abaqus, calculate the stress distribution of the joint bearing working surface. The research shows that the joint bearing has good loading performance and good lubricating performance under load, which meets the requirement of the retractable performance of the nose gear.
