目前,混凝土电杆的连接常采用火焊,虽然保证了焊缝强度(≥38kg/cm~2),但由于混凝土与钢板圈膨胀系数不同,冷却后混凝土会出现裂纹,严重时甚至钢板圈上的混凝土保护层脱落而露筋。采用在焊缝两侧的钢板圈上缠绕石棉绳或麻布,人工往上浇水降温的方法,并没有完全解决混凝土电杆焊接裂纹的问题。为此我们试制了简单的焊接防裂装置,效果很好。防裂器由盛水桶、胶管、三通、进水孔、冷却管、出水孔、胶管、三通、胶管、接水桶
At present, the connection of concrete poles is often fire-welded. Although the welding seam strength (≥38kg/cm~2) is guaranteed, due to the difference in expansion coefficient between the concrete and the steel plate, cracks may occur in the concrete after cooling, even in severe cases. The protective layer of concrete fell off and exposed. The use of asbestos ropes or burlap on the steel plate rings on both sides of the weld, and the method of artificially heating and cooling the water, does not completely solve the problem of welding cracks in concrete poles. For this reason, we tried a simple welding anti-cracking device and it worked well.
