为了适应我厂生产的迅速发展,我们研制了一台自动检测分选机(图1),可自动顺序检测有关零件的七个或多个尺寸,经两年多使用证明,其测量精度达到0.01mm,检测效率可提高5倍以上。零件在自动检测分选机中,要经过排料、送料、导问、输送、测量、分选六个工序,机组设计时统一考虑了被测零件的外形特征、重心、材料刚性与自动检测的关系。该机适合于测量零件的长度、外径、孔径、孔底厚度、台阶孔深度、位置度、同轴度等,被测的典型零件如图2所示。整机由送料机构、测量机构和分选机构三部份组成,现分述于后。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of our factory production, we have developed an automatic testing Sorter (Figure 1), which can automatically detect the order of seven or more parts of the size, after two years of use proved that the measurement accuracy of 0.01 mm, detection efficiency can be increased more than 5 times. Parts in the automatic testing sorting machine, to go through the nesting, feeding, guidance, delivery, measurement, sorting six processes, unit design unified consideration of the shape of the measured parts features, center of gravity, material rigidity and automatic detection relationship. The machine is suitable for measuring the length of the part, diameter, hole diameter, hole bottom thickness, step hole depth, position, coaxiality, etc., the typical parts measured as shown in Figure 2. The whole machine consists of feeding mechanism, measuring mechanism and sorting mechanism composed of three parts, are described later.
