我国一向注重对失踪军人权益的保障,近年来更是制订了一系列相关法律法规,使失踪军人的合法权益得到了进一步保障。然而我国有关失踪军人权益保障的法律制度仍然不很健全,相关保障体制也不很完善。本文即通过阐述失踪军人合法权益保障的必要性,对目前我国在失踪军人权益保障方面存在的问题进行分析,进而提出一些相应的补救或改善措施。
Our country has always paid attention to the protection of the rights and interests of the missing military personnel. In recent years, it has formulated a series of relevant laws and regulations that further protect the legitimate rights and interests of the missing soldiers. However, the legal system concerning the protection of the rights and interests of the missing soldiers in our country is still not perfect, and the relevant guarantee system is not perfect. This essay expounds the necessity of guaranteeing the legitimate rights and interests of the missing soldiers, analyzes the existing problems in safeguarding the rights and interests of missing soldiers in our country, and then proposes some corresponding remedial measures or improvement measures.
